It is both cheaper and provides a better ROI to have a fully bespoke, optimised website and digital marketing strategy and to let customers come to you than to aimlessly push ads into the wrong channels. If companies are spending so much money trying to get traffic to their website, then you need to ensure the website is fit for purpose.

Tough to answer. How much does it cost to build a house? Depends on the requirements, functionality, scale, attention to detail and much more. We price projects from a minimum of £500 anywhere up to tens of thousands of pounds.

Ultimately we price a project based on the expected ROI that you receive. The more money it will make you in the long run, the more we charge.

Experience. We are great at what we do. We went to university to study design principles and how to monetize a website. We are better at it than you.

Our projects are all specifically crafted for your individual requirements and user base. We do this with extensive research and testing. When we hand off a project, there is no question that it will make money. You pay for that security.

Easy, we will run an audit on your current website and advise you honestly. You may already have a perfectly functional website. But you probably don't, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this!

We are happy to run a free audit that looks at traffic, conversion rates, why customers leave your site, why they stay on it. What they like and what they don't like. You even get a small report for free.

Again, tough to answer. Depends on how complex the solution is. We can churn out a templated, cheap website in a few days. Or we could take a month if you require something completely bespoke and you have a large budget.

Ultimately it comes down to your budget. The larger your budget, the more time we put in. Simple.

Digital marketing, That's the broad term. Within digital marketing you have different channels. Social media, email, paid ads with google, organic search hits etc.

User experience or UX design is the process of starting the design of a product with the user first. First we do research to understand who the users are. Then we understand what their needs & frustrations are. Then we create user personas based on the research in order to allow us to think like the users.

Once we know exactly what the users want and what they expect we can create a user journey to plot out the steps required to generate a sale or generate a lead. A large part of user experience design is usability testing where we take a prototype of website, show it to actual users and get them to complete tasks and observe them to identify problems in the design. It takes out all the guesswork.

We strongly suggest you pay us to manage hosting by taking out our aftercare plan. That way we are already familiar with the project and we can ensure the website maintains 100% uptime, we can provide monthly statistics to monitor the success and provide you with new keywords to use in your marketing channels.

Or you can simply receive the website assets from us and handle hosting yourself.

We charge 50% of the quotation up front and 50% upon completion. On larger projects we may add additional stages where we split up the final 50%.

We take half upfront for our own security. Imagine we spend 3 weeks on a project and then the client changes their mind and doesn't want their new website anymore. We have now lost thousands in potential earnings. If we take half up front and you change your mind, we still get to keep the money.

Whenever you want. We can check in daily to show you what we have been working on or not at all. Its ultimately up to you. Our focus is providing you with whatever amount of info you need to feel secure in using our service.

It gets stored in a secure database and that's where it stays. We will never share your personal data with anyone else and we certainly won't sell it on to cold calling companies. We also comply with EU GDPR restrictions. Your data is safe with us and you can request to have it destroyed at any time.

The only time we would request to use your company name is if we request to produce a case study of your project to use on our site. You are more than welcome to say no.
